Try this fruit and kale smoothie for breakfast or a midday snack.
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 leaves of kale
Combine all ingredients in blender, except Kale, blend.
After tearing kale into small pieces, add to blender and mix well.
