I recently stumbled upon a recipe for this frozen treat. While I did not have the exact ingredients on hand I improvised a bit and the outcome was wonderful. As the heat takes over don’t reach for the tub of ice-cream in your freezer, but instead make this healthy treat to cool down!
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 and 1/4 cup original Almond Milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons melted semi sweet chocolate chips
A small amount of honey to flavor
and a dash of cinnamon (optional but I LOVE cinnamon!)
Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze for about five hours.
I made a little extra and poured into these adorable little ice trays for when I am craving a quick refreshing snack
