When I want full bouncy hair the simplest approach is good old fashion hot rollers.  This styling technique is also time friendly because while I leave the rollers in, cooling down, I can apply my make-up, pick out my outfit, and meanwhile my hair is being perfectly styled.

Technique:

Using Conair culers:

1) For the way my hair is styled (shorter pieces in the front, bent back) I like to use a larger curler for the shorter bangs in the front and this is the ONLY section where I place the roller on top of the hair  and roll it back.

2) Continue separating small sections down the center of the head. (Mohawk section.)

3) Place the roller behind the hair and roll under for more volume. (Opposite of the first section.)IMG_4893IMG_4894IMG_4896

4) Continue steps2 & 3 until you reach the neck.IMG_4898IMG_4901

5) For the sides, separate similar size sections in groups of two vertically, placing the curler underneath the hair and rolling under.IMG_4911IMG_4913IMG_4916IMG_4918IMG_4919IMG_4922IMG_4927IMG_4933IMG_4937

6) Repeat vertical styling technique for the opposite side and leave in until curlers have cooled.
