I have a huge sweet tooth that at times may hinder a healthy day of eating. I love chocolate and peanut butter, so when I stumbled across this no bake cookie recipe I was eager to try it out. This is a healthy treat packed with protein that you can enjoy guilt free! I put my own little spin on it, and cut the recipe in half to make only 12 cookies.
The simple recipe includes:
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter.
- 1/2 cup organic quick cooking rolled oats.
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
Chocolate is my absolute weakness so I also added a small amount of Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Chips.
Combine ingredients in a medium/large bowl.
Roll into 12 balls.
Finally, flatten to the shape of a cookie and ENJOY!
These cookies are so quick and simple.
The taste reminds me of a cross between butterfingers and a peanut butter cup but much healthier!
