Straight Leg Lunge

Today I want to share one of my favorite leg workouts!  The straight leg lunge is a great variation of the lunge that I typically do on the smith machine with 25 lbs. on each side.  This move works the legs and glutes. Hopefully it is something useful that you may want to incorporate in your own workout!
