To wrap up 2014 (in this little wrap dress) and welcome in 2015 I celebrated with dinner and champagne. In past years, New Years Eve was so built up.  I wanted to go to parties with as many people as I could and drink… a lot.  Over the course of 2014 my desire to go out to clubs and bars has diminished immensely and I wanted to end the wonderful year of 2014 with what I enjoy most.  This New Years Eve I went out to a lovely dinner, had a few drinks, and was by the fire sipping champagne before midnight to join the world in the countdown!  Although heading back to my apartment in New York  City was tempting, I found it best to celebrate in my home state of Rhode Island with a low-key night.  For a simply perfect New Years Eve I wore this simply perfect little dress.  While this dress if very figure hugging and the plunging neckline gives it a touch of sexiness essential to ringing in the New Year, the quarter length sleeve and longer length of the dress make it appropriate for dinner and not club-esque. Keeping with the simplicity I kept the accessories classic and subtle.  I paired this dress with (my new loves) lace-up shoes, small hoop earrings, and Movado watch.

I am truly looking forward to what 2015 has in store.  Happy New Year and God bless!
