Hey Guys! Today I wanted to share my TOP FIVE favorite booty workouts. (Okay okayyyyy, maybe I can attribute some of that to Holiday goodies.)  BUT (no pun intended), amidst the sweet indulgences there are always these wonderful physical challenges you can conquer to tone and lift!

The top three are KEY to target that booty.

More than just physical changes you can see it is truly amazing how your body transforms.  When I look back on when I stopped focusing solely on cardio and began lifting (and how I would basically topple over with any barbell on my shoulders) I am so proud of the strength I have built for me and my personal journey.  When you compete with yourself, strive for health and wellness, and compare yourself only to your former self it is truly amazing how much you can appreciate what can be accomplished. Most of my motivation comes from knowing how beneficial what I do NOW will be for my FUTURE. (Just a little side note to this fun post.
