I don’t know about you but if I go without chocolate for too long, I am not happy.  Stumbling on an article today in the Daily Star I learned there is, in fact, a chocolate shortage.  This is due to so many of the world cocoa plantations being switched over to rubber plants.

Angus Kennedy (chocolate taster/expert) told the daily star, “I have tasted the chocolate bar of the future. It’s nothing like what we currently know and love. It will be much sweeter as sugar is the cheapest ingredient and can be used to hide the fact that there is less cocoa.”

Experts predict that “chocolate” of the future will be jammed with sugar, palm oil, and vegetable fat.

This change is expected to occur in 2020.

So, get your fill this Christmas, because you never know what will be in those chocolate boxes in years to come! I guess Forest is right, you really never do what you’re gunna get.

I, myself, may start hoarding mass amounts of chocolate.

Tragic.
